7yThank you for posting a review! Over the last few years, IPS has experienced significant growth due to expanding work and a growing client base. Our employee count has increased by nearly 20% since 2014 and we currently provide services to 15+ large, corporate clients. We’re taking steps to fuel this growth by investing in new sales and marketing initiatives.
Historically, IPS had a flat management structure but in recent years our management team has grown from a small team of seven to a team of 18. Although it is common for IPS to “promote from within,” not all of our managers hold tenure. Employees are promoted to a management position based on their skills and experience as well as their vision and leadership.
We understand the importance of a healthy work/life balance. It’s important not only for the health and happiness of our employees, but also for productivity, innovation and creativity. Employees do have the flexibility to work from home under certain circumstances and our benefits package includes vacation, sick and personal days, 10 paid holidays, a great 401(k) program and profit sharing. The majority of our work does not require “on call” hours, and we are able to leave work at work, so our free time is truly our own time.
