      Great benefits, plenty of international travel opportunities and strong cultural diversity.

      Cons

      Corporate structure led to complacency in leadership. High executive salaries equaled very little innovative research and development. C-Level employees actions and inactions were governed mostly by shareholder fears.

      Pros

      The company has managed to stay afloat, even with multi year losses.

      Cons

      Legacy ideas. No forward thinking. Short sighted. Rivalries and animosity between managers often result in shouting matches. Managers that still try to develop. Managers don't trust developers and never address developer concerns. Poorly written or non-existent design documents. Friction between diminishing US team and increasing India team. Daily change in direction. Movius Sells things that don't exist.
