Pros

Working at IPAC Consulting has been an amazing experience. The team is supportive, collaborative, and genuinely passionate about the work we do. Leadership truly cares about staff growth and always encourages learning, new ideas, and professional development. There’s a real sense of purpose in helping clients improve their IPAC and H&S programs, and you can see the impact of your work every day. The culture is fast-paced but uplifting, everyone is willing to help each other, celebrate wins, and step in when needed. I’ve had the opportunity to work on diverse projects, take on meaningful responsibilities, and develop skills I didn’t even know I had. It’s a place where your contributions are noticed and appreciated. If you’re looking for a workplace that values teamwork, innovation, and making a real difference in healthcare settings, IPAC Consulting is truly a great place to be.

Cons

fast pace but i wouldnt say thats a con for me personally

Pros

With a small development team and a new project, there are strong opportunities to grow your full-stack skills. You’re given real ownership over what you build, which helps develop leadership skills within a close-knit team. The product itself is highly impactful, and working in the healthcare space gives a real sense of pride when shipping new features. Beyond technical growth, the team is genuinely easy to work with. For those who enjoy an in-office culture, there are regular team moments such as birthdays and new-hire celebrations, often with pizza and cake.

Cons

More office-focused than remote, which may not suit everyone, but works well for those who enjoy in-person collaboration

Pros

-you get a nice car to drive 500-1000 km a week in. -vacation is approved quickly

Cons

-travel overnight most days a week. -will change your contract and ask you to quit if you don’t like it. -increased hours per week with no additional compensation, working 45-50 hours per week and spending 3-5 days in a hotel. -zero transparency, the management team does what they like and will fire/ tell you to quit if you do not like it. -will create fake reviews to increase score -will actively burn anyone out, if you are okay working 50 hours per week they will ask you to work 60 etc.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts — we genuinely appreciate feedback. I’m sorry to hear that your experience hasn’t aligned with your expectations, and I’d like to offer a few clarifications for context. The consultant position is — and has always been — a travel-based role. This is communicated clearly throughout recruitment, interviews, and onboarding, as onsite client support is the foundation of the work we do. Without travel, the role simply wouldn’t exist, as our clients rely on in-person expertise. It may also be helpful to note that commute time in this role is fully paid, which is uncommon in most industries. In many traditional office settings, commuting happens on personal time. Our structure ensures that consultants are compensated for the full scope of their workday, including travel. We do not require or expect staff to work 50–60 hour weeks. Our intention is always a balanced, full-time schedule, and if workload concerns ever arise, we address them directly to support the employee and rebalance assignments. We take transparency, communication, and employee wellbeing seriously. If you are a current team member, we truly encourage you to reach out to us directly — we are always open to an honest, solutions-focused conversation. Consulting can be a unique pace, and while it isn’t the right fit for everyone, we do our best to communicate expectations clearly from the start and provide meaningful support along the way. We appreciate the feedback and wish the reviewer all the best.
