This company is growing with a solid strategy, and is just now beginning to make its presence known in the broader healthcare/pharma space. People are great. Leadership genuinely cares about the well-being of me and my family, and everyone I work with passes the “would I travel with this person” test. Everyone is both super smart/talented and highly engaged, so it's easy to collaborate. The company is flexible enough that I can suggest and take on new challenges while structured enough that I’m not on my own in doing so. The fact that they recognize and reward initiative and strong performance is a huge motivator.

Not much negative here. IPD is a growing company that recognizes it needs to put more formal structures in place as it gets bigger, but is doing it in a measured way to ensure the entrepreneurial spirit remains.
