      The ownership is amazing. It's business first, but you're much more than a number at IPKeys. Kind, considerate and rewarding.

      Cons

      Minimal reimbursement for cell phone use. After hours communication not frequent but expected.

      Pros

      Owners actually care about their employees, offering events outside of the workplace that they fund independently. Offer shares in stock to all hourly employees. Take pride in offering the best possible medical benefits. Generous 401K contributions, not relating to employee's ability to contribute. A pride to small business.

      Cons

      Old school. Expects employees to be on location and working their schedule. Rarely permits remote working.
