      Superior Energy Services is a good company. IPS was one of the companies owned by SPN.

      Cons

      Management was weak and didn't react to the market in a timely manner. Good people to work with but managers seem to blame others for their non-performance.

      The hours are good and if you just do your work they leave you alone.
