This company talks the talk at interview but once you're in the door you're in for a shock. Flexibility doesn't exist in any shape or form. Want to start/finish early? Forget it. Got a suggestion for something? 'Don't run before you can walk'. Want to create a plan for marketing? You can't have sight of the business strategy to create it, God forbid if you want to write a marketing one. The understanding of what marketing can bring to the business isn't there. You'll spend your time putting people's CV's and case studies into templates.
As for onboarding if you're not from pharma? Don't expect any, it's not there. But if you want to be told what to think about people, good/bad/indifferent this is the place for you. Don't have the audacity to form your own opinions or to build relationships, they don't keep marketers around long enough.
