In honestly not much a Handful of the people are friendly and welcoming there is flexibility to work mostly remote.

Majority of management not welcoming /friendly No structure to inductions - long list of links to read Lack of process or clarity at best of times Some senior management think it's suitable to start taking control of your work without prior explanation No feedback given or input when asked/chased Poor quality equipment Poor level of office standard chosen NOT Diverse - starting to be but a long way to go. No one talks unless it's in a pub outside of working environment (minus a few exceptions) Has prospect to be a great working place if they would take on feedback and make changes.
