Regional managers run the show in this company and if you get a bad one you'd better run for your life. You risk be treated like absolute garbage, mocked and ridiculed and
even having personal details of
your like leaked and gossiped about by manager to your co-workers. Upper management does not care. Additionally, if business slows down for even a short amount of time
they won't think twice about cutting your pay or laying you off altogether
