Can't think of a single good reason.
Cons
They are literally deceiving people so you're constantly dealing with angry customers, sometimes handling up to 8 or 10 chats at the same time. Very stressful job and the salary does not compensate, plus they do not give you equipment to work nor take care of your taxes.
