      Pros

      Friendly teams, everyone gets along nicely. WFH/Remote for a majority of employees, if they're not there, people are in the Denver or Cambridge offices.

      Cons

      Lack of career progression. No skills develop beyond maybe your first 4 months at the job. Mundane and repetitive work.

      In our late world of employee churn. IQGeo seems to actively be trying to keep long time employees, highly regarding experience and expertise.

      Cons

      As a mostly remote company, it can feel a little disconnected.

      I cannot think of any.

      Cons

      After working there for 30 years, I was laid off. The day I was laid off I was told was my last day and I only got 1 months pay. The company has done a lot of hiring lately and cannot keep up with the work they have.
