Pros

Health benefits and salary are decent. Ability to work from home was nice, although people seem to abuse this benefit and it leads to terrible communication at the office.

Cons

Office is empty too often, hard to track down people for face to face time as they abuse the work from home bit. Very poor internal communication. Sales managers set totally unrealistic goals for the year which can't possibly be met. The 'old boys' network is difficult to deal with, its their way or the highway most of the time. Nearly zero room for professional growth or advancement in the company. No company stock options or holiday bonus. Layoffs two years in a row have created poor morale among the people that actually work.

Pros

In our late world of employee churn. IQGeo seems to actively be trying to keep long time employees, highly regarding experience and expertise.

Cons

As a mostly remote company, it can feel a little disconnected.

Pros

Friendly teams, everyone gets along nicely. WFH/Remote for a majority of employees, if they're not there, people are in the Denver or Cambridge offices.

Cons

Lack of career progression. No skills develop beyond maybe your first 4 months at the job. Mundane and repetitive work.
