      Pros

      Lots of freedom in work and lots of rooms to grow. Also the team is all really receptive to new ideas from engineering to product which makes for an awesome working environment.

      Cons

      It's a growing startup, so their are some growing pains in terms of nail down process, but definitely moving in the right direction

      Coworkers are great and we all help each other.

      Cons

      Lowest pay in central florida. Upper Management does not care about employees at all.
