Pros

awesome facilities, competitive salary, and good benefits

Cons

Poor Management, the workload is not well balanced, managers are rude and put a lot of stress on the employees especially the francophone ones if you are an anglophone you are often excluded and they do not make an effort to switch to English to include you in the conversation even in meetings, people often quit after realizing that the company promise a lot of things but delivers none!

Pros

ISAAC genuinely cares about its employees and the "One Team" culture isn't just a slogan; people really support each other here. Work-Life Balance: The hybrid work model is well-managed. Impact: You feel your work directly contributes to the company's growth. The company is innovating in the technology space, so the work is fast-paced and exciting. Environment: The team is passionate and fun to work with. There is a strong emphasis on well-being and professional development.

Cons

Because the company is growing and innovating so quickly, priorities can shift, and you need to be adaptable. It’s a busy environment, so you have to be good at managing your own time and projects.

Pros

I’ve been working at ISAAC for several years, and I’m consistently impressed by the company’s genuine commitment to its employees. The culture is collaborative, supportive, and solution‑oriented; you really feel heard, empowered, and encouraged to innovate. What I love most: -Managers take the time to understand challenges and help move things forward. -Teams collaborate across departments in a way that feels natural and energizing. -I get to work on initiatives that truly make a difference in the transportation industry. -The company continues to expand while keeping a strong cultural foundation. -Everyone has the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and see their ideas put into action.

Cons

As with any growing organization, some processes could be more standardized, but there’s a clear effort underway to improve this.
