      There are absolutely no positive points.

      Cons

      They contact you at 23:00 at night and then expect you to jump through hoops. There is no training, and then if you don't execute the scenario exactly, regardless of what the real-life situation presents, they will refuse to pay you. It takes a lot of time to prepare and travel the locations to just be ripped off. Don't do it, they are a bunch of scammers!
