      Pros

      A company with good potential and great products. Many good employees who work hard and are easy to get along with.

      Cons

      Constant changes in management causes lots of disruption. Ownership seemed out of touch. Lots of rumors about upper management shenanigans creates an atmosphere of instability.

      Pros

      Very friendly, family oriented company. Many employees have worked there anywhere from 10 to 50 years. Everyone has a voice if they choose to use it.

      overall support from associates in other departments could improve

      Pros

      The only plus side is no weekends, or no overtime for that matter if you want a strict 40 hour job week.

      Cons

      Lies to employees, very high partiality atmosphere, zilch on communication, nada on discipline.
