      Good pay, good bonuses for earning certifications.

      Cons

      About a week after I started I was switched to working on completely different work than what was posted in the job posting and described in the interview. Was not provided the opportunities promised in interview and overall constantly set up for failure. Work lifecycle as described when starting was not present at all in practice.

      Great benefits, flexible schedule, fully remote

      Cons

      Executive leadership does not value anyone outside of sales. There are no growth opportunities and leadership actually works against anyone interested in upward mobility.
