      I have been working with ISF Inc for more than 16 years, it is a no large company, but it is stable, and I consider that the salaries are competitive compared with its rivals.

      Cons

      Because it is a small company, you will not find path to grow as professional, if you are interested in working in multiple roles while you are working here.

      Executive leadership does not value anyone outside of sales. There are no growth opportunities and leadership actually works against anyone interested in upward mobility.
