People are friendly take experience and escape from this hell. for beginners, there are some technical benefits.
Cons
There is no development process. The tasks are delivered to the developer with no design and committed with no review. The role of seniors and the team leader are not for supporting junior they take tasks like us. The salaries and anaual raises are very low. On the other hand, there are certain employees that take higher salary than others of the same position. The management is so bad.
