      Great entry level job as you get lots of experience and exposure in your respective field.

      Cons

      No Holidays even Govt Holidays like Independence Day and Republic Day. And if you have to celebrate holidays like Diwali, Holi, etc. It's not Paid Holiday if you want holiday you can take but you will not be paid.
