Opportunities for internal advancement increase as the company grows. The opportunities to learn new environments and skills sets are immense when working with their client bases due to the broad spectrum of industries served.
Cons
As with any company in rapid growth there are growing pains that do strain the seams of the company. Staffing up with talented individuals that fit the team in a timely manner, new environments, and new challenges that are missing process are the biggest challenges that affect day to day business. That being said it does provide opportunity to put your mark on processes and procedures as they are open to input.
