I have worked with IT Automation for 8 years, it's has proven to be a great place for me to kickstart my career in the US. After my graduation from university a friend of mine referred me this company, they gave me excellent training for Business and Data Analyst roles. Training sessions by Ravi Sumanam (Director) are very unique, informative and is unlike any other classroom training. It will teach you how to talk in your project conversations while you are working onsite. I have worked 5 different clients/projects during my tenure, they have a very good marketing team who was able to get me interviews in no time. My F1 to H1 to i140 journey was seamless, all thanks to excellent HR department and their legal team. If you are looking for a nice place to work, a good human resources department, timely paychecks, excellent training, great advisor or a friend then this is the place you need. At times, there are 1 or 2 layers of vendors while interviewing for a client/project, however I recently came to know that company is currently working hard on getting direct contracts including government IT projects so that both employees and the company are greatly benefited.

So many clients and contacts, you get the right project based on your skillset.
