      Pros

      - Progressive company, all staff members have goals and objectives that feed into the company objectives. Staff are encouraged to give their input into objectives and company strategy. - Flat organisation, facilitates easy access to management - Regular one to one meetings with team leader - Good working atmosphere - Tend to promote from within so good career opportunities - Encourage staff to continually upskills and achieve certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, Citrix exams etc) - Located in the city centre, good for public transport (luas and bus) - Profit share scheme in place

      - There is a car park but it can be tricky to park

      Pros

      IT Force has a great working atmosphere, that is characterised by very low turnover, and excellent working relationships between all staff. Excellent opportunities for progression exist. This is illustrated by the fact that the vast majority of senior employees in the company have been promoted into their current roles. As an IT consultancy company, you get exposure to a variety of the latest and greatest technologies, so you will constantly be learning. You are fully supported to further your expertise through gaining professional certifications. The company has won several awards over the last few years, which is testament, to the great work achieved by employees of the company
