Pros

None that I can think of

Cons

Completely agree with the one other honest review on here. Extremely volatile and aggressive CEO. A very stressful work environment with absolutely no upsides. Terrible benefits, terrible PTO policy, terrible company culture, and terrible pay. Overall the company is poorly managed and extremely disorganized. You are berated if you take initiative and berated if you don't so there is no winning. CEO loves to brag about winning workplace awards but only management is given the surveys. Results do not reflect overall sentiment from employees. Never in all my years working have I been treated like this! Also the positive reviews on here are written by the founder- pay attention to the writing.

Pros

Office staff, truly. The employees are great, a lot of kind, thoughtful, intelligent folks were hired to work there and the customers.

Cons

There is no office HR personnel. No work-life balance. Expect to have no flexibility for life events. Pay is low for expectations. Will let people go with no warning and no reason. Cameras all over the inside and outside of the office. My direct supervisor presented several challenges that I believe are worth addressing. Her leadership style tends to lack clear direction, she is condescending and makes people feel inadequate for juggling so many tasks that are all always urgent which makes it difficult to prioritize and execute effectively. Additionally, micromanagement and hovering were recurring deep concerns, essentially eliminating my ability to work with autonomy and confidence. There are also professionalism concerns within company communication channels, instances of emotionally charged messaging that can create an uncomfortable and uncertain work environment. I also want to raise the issue of after-hours messages being sent to company channels on a regular basis, which blurs work-life boundaries and places implicit pressure on employees to be available outside of their scheduled hours. Regarding the CEO, I have noticed a pattern of emotional reactivity during stressful situations that can undermine psychological safety and morale. Stronger emotional regulation and more consistent, measured communication from senior leadership would go a long way in fostering a healthier and more productive culture. I raise these concerns constructively, in hopes that they can be addressed through appropriate channels for the benefit of the in office company. It was NOT a healthy environment for me.
