IT4 Response
9yIf an IT4 employee actually had this type of experience, something had to missed during the interview process. I am also struggling to understand who may have posted this. It is dated October 29, 2016 and the former employee states he worked as a helpdesk/field engineer in Burlington for less than a year. We are located in Medford and our previous location was in Woburn. During our interview process we inform helpdesk support candidates of their role and responsibility, company objectives and expectations. A final candidate will receive a detailed job description and proposal for hire that clearly defines work hours, compensation and benefits. We are not a training center nor do we promote IT training. We are a fast paced, family owned managed services provider that prefers to hire experienced support engineers who require little to no training outside of learning our ticketing system and becoming familiar with our clients and their needs. We do however offer and provide assistance with continuing education and MS certification costs. Healthcare and company benefits are always discussed during the 1st interview. Although we do not offer a specific healthcare plan, any employee who successfully completes 90 days of employment becomes eligible for tax deferred healthcare compensation. IT4 will pay up to 50% of the plan premium of their choice. My apologies for any miscommunication that may have occurred. Our goal is to always provide a pleasant and rewarding work environment for all employees.
