Pros
Great team and culture. Leadership is really approachable and understanding. Management is fairly flexible. I've learned more in a few months than any other IT position I've had over years. The opportunity for growth and learning is absolutely enormous, even when compared to other MSPs. Company cars are a plus! Also, the 3/5 days a week work-from-home benefit is awesome.
Cons
Customer environments are not mapped out well. You need to be independent and more experienced to be effective vs other MSPs. Also, customer issues have a wider range most other MSP environments, as ITECS' support contracts tend to cover a very wide area. There is an on-call schedule, but it's really not too bad.
