      Pros

      I'm work at Corporate Headquarters. Open communication, where all opinions are valued. CEO is very hands on, insisting on positive attitudes and high expectations for each individuals actions. We function as a team, but each staff member is expected to execute their area of responsibility with near perfection.

      Cons

      From headquarters we are limited in how our franchisees operate and that can be frustrating. Open office layout can be noisy at times.

      Pros

      In downtown with own parking lot...so free parking. Some flexibility for personal runs. Holiday show..it's your christmas bonus and work at the same time..meh.

      Cons

      Pay is low, no moving up even though he promises it. Micro manages everything you do. No staff to help with all the work. Makes you do several job positions because he is such a small company trying to be big. No break room. Very small office. No windows..it's like a prison. No health benefits. Labor intensive from time to time when inventory comes in.
