You always have the space to speak your mind and suggest solutions, which is rare in a high-growth environment.

Because it’s a fast-moving startup, it’s not for everyone. You need to be a pro at time management and communication to survive—it's definitely not a place for beginners or people who need a slow pace. Since the company is growing so quickly, some processes are still evolving, so finding the best way to do things can sometimes take a bit of trial and error.

Good work colleagues but that's roughly the only advantage you're getting

-You're underpaid and overworked, you work for 2.3$ a day with how many clinics you're dialling (average is 3), you're expected to make 300+ dials a day - Very harsh with their selling tactics and they're not willing to alter their system and script -Daily meetings where nothing special is dicussed and you just waste an hour every day -They say you get 600$ minimum up to 1200$, that's a straight lie since you can only achieve the minimum if you are getting 5+ bookings a day which rarely happens and if they're giving out generous bonuses (you're lucky if you're assigned to the clinic that has the bonus) -Your every move is monitored by the managers and if you don't do things their way and if the number of bookings you're getting is not to their satsifaction then you'll get tossed around like an asset TLDR: HORRIBLE WORK CONDITIONS, HORRIBLE SALARY WITH STRAIGHT LIES AND HORRIBLE TIME WASTE
