      Company has a good quality product for the most part and good reputation with customers

      Cons

      The owner (Michael D.) enjoys reading all employee's email and will respond to e-mails they have sent directly to other individuals. On the other hand management shares almost zero info on profitability with their employees

      Great place to work I love it so much it's the best for sure if you're looking to be in this field.

      Cons

      Could improve on inside management and fairness to employees. Other than that a great place and field to be in when getting started at a career.
