- Good processes but should improve more. - Good opportunity to grow. - Excellent learning opportunities
Cons
Few employees wont support freshers or new joiners regarding tasks. They feel like that they writing exam not code. They wont work for company to grow and they will not grow. Especially One developer who joined as a fresher and completed 3+ years, he will not supportive and high attitude in the team. Accept an offer from the company not approach these type of guy. He belongs to same community of management.
