      - Salário baixos. - Projetos legacy. - Existe uma diferença enorme entre junior/mid e séniores a nível de ordenados e benefícios. Quem entrou nos últimos 5 anos nunca chegará ao como era antes.

      Low salaries. Performance reviews affect bonus and raises. Ancient technology mostly.
