      Pros

      Good pay and benefits Located in Lancaster Some co-workers are great

      Cons

      Unfortunately several managers there treat employees with very little respect. Seems to be friction between managers that is encouraged. It is not unusual to walk by meetings and hear language not becoming of professionals. In some areas managers treat employees with double standards and borderline discrimination.

      Location with facilities top notch Engineering focus with Biopharm key product line. Safety very strong

      Pros

      People treat each other with respect. There can be good potential growth for the company. Management has some vision. Laid back environment.

      Cons

      There is no career path and HR does not take intiative to develop career path for employees. Promotional opportunities are very minimum. Project management is at infant stage and management has not totally bought into the idea of project management
