Pros

No micromanagement, no remote work, very little upside to report

Cons

Poor onsite presence of Itility Management, lack of vision, awful record of client interaction of Itility PM, relying on inexperienced rookies to do the job.for them. Zero employee development and education programs. Company email is only used to send out maintenance windows for in house applications. Substandard benefits for morale boosters, events, etc. Highly skilled and low skilled employees are all put in the same bucket. Career advancement is zero.

Pros

They give you a yearly raise of 3%

Cons

Lack of Clear Leadership & Direction: Leadership often fails to communicate a clear vision or set measurable goals for the team. There are no defined expectations or guidance on how to succeed or grow within the organization. Toxic Work Culture: Open communication and constructive feedback are discouraged; raising concerns is often met with punitive responses. Fear-based management creates a culture where employees feel compelled to keep their heads down rather than collaborate or innovate. Idea Misappropriation: Some managers adopt a “seagull” approach—swooping in to take credit for others' ideas without acknowledgment. Original contributions are not consistently recognized or rewarded. Lack of Career Advancement Opportunities: There is no clear career development path or mentorship to help employees understand how to progress. Promotions and advancement appear arbitrary, lacking transparency and fairness. Poor Communication & Opacity: Major organizational decisions are often made behind closed doors with little to no communication to staff. Employees are frequently left uncertain about their role in the company’s long-term plans. Fear based leadership Disregard for Employee Value: During key transition meetings, employees were told they were “disposable,” setting a demoralizing tone. This sentiment undermines trust and long-term employee commitment. Training & Development Barriers: Getting approval for job-relevant training or courses is an unnecessarily difficult process. Requests are often met with repeated delays, excessive bureaucracy, and lack of support from leadership. Leadership Focus Misaligned: Some managers emphasize their own credentials and accomplishments rather than fostering team success or support.
