      Pros

      Pros- Flexible schedule.. very much a "get your work done, and we're cool environment" Transparent goals and responsibilities Lunch provided Great pay Very much a team environment Not your typical venture firm

      Cons

      The only con I have is that I wish I could have stayed longer. I was a temporary employee, and would have loved to stay longer.

      Pros

      Application process included 3 rounds of interviews before receiving an offer. 10 week summer internship with lots of opportunities to work on meaningful projects with the marketing team and others. Great exposure to VC and professional marketing.

      Cons

      Expectation to be in person 4 days a week. Salary’s was roughly $10k for a summer internship, which is better than most.
