Excellent product with a strong reputation in industrial automation. Support, engineering, and product teams are knowledgeable and genuinely care about customer success. The company has a collaborative culture, leadership is approachable, and there is significant opportunity to solve meaningful customer problems. Great environment for someone who enjoys consultative, technical enterprise sales.

Cons

The North American organization is still maturing and would benefit from additional investment in sales enablement, marketing, SDR support, and operational processes. Account Executives often spend significant time on administrative work that reduces customer-facing selling time. Internal processes and tooling continue to evolve as the business grows.
