Pros

Easy to approach the big boss - has friendly attitude. Fun and very friendly coworkers - always trying to help each other. Occasionally cool projects (that get immediately destroyed by the lack of organisation.) Nice Studio - Facilities. Paid accommodation and bills.

Cons

Supervisor acts like a boss. Zero leadership. Coordination is hilarious. Artists try to coordinate themselves to save projects from failing. Very noisy. The whole atmosphere feels like "The Party" with Peter Sellers. Some consider that to be a good thing. Very low rates.

Pros

I literally cannot think of a single thing good about this company. They are fools scamming freelancers for free work.

Cons

There is so much to say about this place because I couldn't even class it as a "proper" company which is incredibly suprising when you view their website it looks "normal" but you find out that not all the work is theirs, a number of projects/ images on there are AI generated or they hired a specific freelancer to make 1 good thing for them. According to glassdoor guidelines I can include the name of the company founder/ owner "Andronikos Bisogiannis" in both positive and or negative light. In this instance people need to understand that the company owner "Andronikos" is a complete fraud, he does not understand VFX or CG much at all. He is listed as the "Head of CG" but another former employee told me this is because he cannot legally be listed as the CEO anymore due to multiple cases of legal action being taken against him. (Apparently their "office", which is Andronikos house does not have internet on work computers). - Andronikos Bisogiannis (the founder/owner/head of cg) will not legally abide to a contract. I completed work for him under an agreement that it was 50% paid upfront and 50% on delivery but his communication disappeared very quickly into the project. He did not provide me with the assets he said they would, I spent huge amounts of time on the project and gave other IXOR employees cleaned organised files, bespoke hand made files I created and then after working nearly 340 hours in 24 days Andronikos and other IXOR staff ignored my invoice for the final 50%, even the total payment was low but as they have still ignored me I've spent over 300 hours working for him, on my own software and hardware, sending files, working every single day for 24 days straight for 2k euros which I'm quite sure would be beneath minimum wage thresholds in both our countries. - Andronikos Bisogiannis is more then happy for people to take legal action against him even when he is clearly in the wrong rather then pay them. - IXOR / Andronikos will ask you for all your files so they can then re-use them or claim it as their own work, however the people working there seemed to have a much lower knowledge and quality standard so I would doubt they could understand some of my more complicated scenes.
