Don't waste your time work for them - Anonymous employee Ice Castles Employee Review

I really enjoyed working at the Ice Castles as a temporary employee during the winter of 2023/2024. The company is very organized and does their best to keep a excellent work environment. We were busy 90% of the time. I really loved the whole idea of the Ice Castle and obviously many other people agreed because it was SOLD OUT almost every day. I hope I can work there again this winter.

The drive to and from work was long and sometimes dangerous, driving through snowstorms and along winding hilly roads. I live in Colorado Springs so it took me about an hour each way to and from work. I took the job knowing this is the case and it is what it is. The Ice Castle needs to be up in the mountains so it is nice and cold.

Flexible scheduling, cool co-workers, learn on the job.

Pay feels low for the work, working in the elements can be brutal.
