- very skilled people - warm and friendly working environment - nice food package and healthy food (don't need to worry about where to eat or how much to spend) - friday intersections (also with other companies) and beer - opportunity to have fun at work (playing football outside, kickboxing, running, gym membership as well, yoga indoor, ping pong, arcade game, playing piano, cards....and more and more) - not all the responsabilities fall to you as a single member, everyone is responsible, willing to help and to work together - team is really a team in IceMobile, everyone works together to accomplish the same goal (projects deadline or fixing stuff) - beer and events outside when the sun comes out - EpicShitFacts in bathrooms :P - opportunities to grow, learn and master any skills you want by having training and certifications if demanded - very cool projects, well structured and strong clients relationship - very transparent people and company
Cons
- management and relationship between teams could be improved (frontend team vs backend team for example) - alignment between teams could be improved as well - not available in north Italy (Milan or Turin) or in other cities - remote work not possible if there is no client in that country
