      Pros

      Easy Job, but the pay reflects that unless you've been there for more than 5 years. Very easy to commute if you lived in South Beach !

      Cons

      New staff make a fraction of the amount the favored senior servers are making, and are likely to be passively handed off more responsibilities that are neglected by senior staff of the same positions. If you're a team player, you'll carry the mistakes of those who've been there for years, with no one to carry yours.
