Pros
I've been a contractor for over 20 years. These are by far the best people I've ever worked with. They will actively promote you and keep you working, and treat you like family if you ever have an issue.
Cons
None about them directly. Some of the clients that I have worked with through them were "toxic", but that's probably why they needed help in the first place.
