Changing contracted terms of long term employees without discussions or consent, not following an inherited pension scheme with no communication as to why or that it's been replaced, undisclosed CCTV in the new offices (which is illegal). Broken promises on pay reviews. Decisions seem to be focused on squeezing every penny out of the staff.
