      Pros

      I appreciate the experience I received and enjoyed the relaxed environment. Coworkers were great and have a lot of potential. Learned a lot, but it was mostly trial by error due to lack of training and resources available.

      Cons

      Favoritism and management egos are off the charts. No real training or structure so you can end up a jack of all trades but a master of none. Know when to leave.

      Pros

      I enjoyed working with most of my coworkers and getting to know different industries and people that the company works with. I gained a lot of experience and built up my resume.

      Cons

      Your workload may be heavier during peak seasons and when I worked there it was difficult to get support or recognition for your hard work.
