If you want to make a real difference within the innovation world this is the place to be. People are allowed to bring their passion to the work environment and not be put in a box. I have found ICS to be an authentic, heart-based organization which values its people. I learned so much through reading and studying the Founder's work and by interacting with current and prospective clients. My compensation was fair and I enjoyed the flexibility of my schedule. If a person has a pioneering mindset - this is certainly a place that I'd recommend for someone looking for meaningful work.
