Pros
Easy to get a job there. If you're lucky you'll be a dispatcher cracking the whip on the Delivery Driver instead of being treated like a sweatshop worker
Cons
Toxic work Environment, High turnover of employees because they treat you like crap, company wants %1000 with no regard to your health or safety, with Little to no Benefits. Had to file Labor Law violations just so worker could get a crappie 401k. They manipulate the employees to not take any breaks under treat of being fired or replaced. Avoid if you love yourself.
