- Good working atmosphere / nice colleagues / generally relaxed place to work - Pay above average (gap was higher before, still exists now, but not as evident anymore) - No strict dress code - Flexible working time, can work from home occasionally

- No clear strategy, no specialization - try to do anything and everything - No professional development path (almost) - Too much spent on team building events and non-IT training - Too little spent on developer's tools and skill development - Weird compensation/bonus scheme that is hard to grasp

Friendly and supportive management team, that always makes sure everyone's needs are met, and also invests in employee development, professional attitude

the job in itself was not very challenging but was interesting anyways. not much on the downside for this company really
