Laid back atmosphere, coworkers were great, pay was decent.

Pay raises are rare and not great, communication between employees and management is lacking and they "exercise their right to at-will employment" without remorse. They wait until a Friday at the end of your shift and blindside you with firing you, no prior write ups needed. If you get too close the the chopping block, you're gone without notice. It happened all the time and having no job security added a lot of stress to the working environment. Management walks you out of the facility and will not communicate a reason to why you were let go. So as far as future employers are concerned, I was "laid off" and am still very much employable.
