      -Great team with lots of smart and talented people willing to share advice or let you learn from their work -President is extremely engaged with the company and makes a great effort to include new team members, regularly meet with a quarterly business review, and do charity work as a team -Fast paced environment and high profile clients that make for challenging and interesting projects -Flexible work environment which allowed split time working from home or in office, and flexible days off as long as work was completed

      Cons

      -Many projects required high degree of technical knowledge or research in order to execute -Intern work was heavy on transcribing, administrative tasks, and project coordination

      Pros

      Everyone is super nice and very knowledgeable in the company and position. Company provides growth opportunities. Company culture is huge and everyone is super close. WFH is a plus too!

      No downsides are noted for Ideba.

      Pros

      I have always felt encouraged and supported at Ideba and have found it to be an excellent place to learn and grow. The people here are representative of a work culture that I so highly appreciate: funny, down-to-earth, team players, smart, caring, and hardworking. Strong emphasis on work-life balance as well.

      Cons

      Working for a smaller company like Ideba can be both a blessing and a challenge: you'll quickly take ownership of a wide range of tasks and projects. This autonomy has been great for me (though it might be daunting for others). Your days will be varied and dynamic- I can also guarantee you they'll always be quite full.
