      Pros

      The company somewhat overpays for talent, so you can make good money for a short while. Operations are decent if frenetic.

      Cons

      The most hostile workplace I have ever imagined for all employees on the commercial side. CEO changes his mind weekly about what is important, and staff are treated like dogs. No, dogs are treated better. Run away from this place, it's not worth it.
