      Pros

      This is a company that truly understands and lives it's Team centered focus. That said we all do all we can to make sure we provide a excellent customer experience. Our products are diverse yet all are focused on identification. The HR services, benefits and support are excellent. A wonderful place to be a part of.

      Cons

      Various campuses are not unified and function as independent entities. Wage growth is slow especially 401K participation.

      Pros

      Great work/life balance, Work is consistent and relative to the position. If you are a self starter then this is a good position. You are left alone to learn and manage yourself with very little oversight from management. Its a freeing working place

      Cons

      The pay, no upward movement, no raises.
