Pros

Some of the people are good here. I liked working with some and hated others. We had alot of free reign on what we wanted to do.

Cons

Lots of drama, the new CEO is not good as I was in the office with him everyday and the leadership has 0 idea what they are doing. Especially in the software space. All their e-commerce team was eliminated because management knows nothing about that side of the business.

Great work/life balance, Work is consistent and relative to the position. If you are a self starter then this is a good position. You are left alone to learn and manage yourself with very little oversight from management. Its a freeing working place

Cons

The pay, no upward movement, no raises.
